Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment by most Credit and Debit Cards. If you are shopping from outside the USA, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Orders may be subject to shipping and handling charges at the current rates. Goods are shipped at the entire risk of the purchaser unless an insured shipper has been chosen.
Shipping rates will vary by the value of your goods and the shipping address.

Delivery Schedule
Our aim is to ship all goods in stock within 24 hours of order, but please allow up to 28 days for receipt of order in the USA. International orders may take longer periods. If the shipping of your order is likely to be delayed by more than 72 hours, we will contact you to inform you of the expected ship date.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
Orders from within Texas will be subject to sales tax. All other orders are sold tax free, but the purchaser is responsible for any purchase or import taxes and duties in their own country or state.
Credit Card Security
All card transactions are protected by the secure services of our card-processing partner. Credit and Debit card details are not held on our web site or servers.
Guarantee and Returns
All our products are produced to extremely high quality standards, and we aim to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase.

If you are in any way disappointed with a product, please contact usa@whatsinthebile.com in the first instance so that we may try to remedy the matter.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
